Responsibilities:
Individual must have a passion to deliver quality customer service, with an interest to listen to customers’ needs and will provide the essential solutions accordingly. In addition, he/she must be adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced Call Centre environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with related experience
• Strong Customer Service mindset
• Must be a team player
• Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
• Past experiences in Banking, Finance, Risk Management and hospitality will be favorably considered
