Contract/Part-time Admin Assistant
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

  • Covering Receptionist’s duty in her absence
  • Answer calls and attend to customer’s enquiries
  • Assist in Data entry. Updating and maintenance of Database system and Financial accounting system
  • Scanning/uploading of documents to system
  • General admin works
  • Any Other duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
  • Good working attitudes
  • Pleasant, positive and friendly personality
  • Some customer services experience
  • Basic PC/Desktop applications knowledge
  • Flexible and willing to learn
  • Minimum G.C.E 'O' Level holder
Candidate who are looking for temporary/contract assignment and can commit for a minimum of 6 - 12 months need apply. Salary range will depend on skills and experience.
