Internship for Computer/IT Students

Responsibilities:
- To provide 1st level / 2nd level support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC problems (Hardware, software & application) and related peripherals (Printer, scanner, PDA etc);
- To perform installation, setup, configuration, migration, upgrading and maintenance of desktop PC, OS, software and related peripherals;
- To be prompt and meticulous in updating of daily incident handled into the incident management tool;
- To be responsive and pro-active when handling of end-users' PC problem and request;
- To be highly customer focused and diligent towards providing good customer service.
- Requirements:
- For Polytechnic Students who are currently pursuing Diploma in IT related fields.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be currently pursuing at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- 5 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 month(s).
